What helps

If something went wrong, the useful things to say are which provider you were connected to — Apple Music, Local Files, MPD, Subsonic, Navidrome, Airsonic, Gonic, Funkwhale or Kodi — what you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. If it involves a server of your own, its software and version narrows it down fast.

Moving to a new device

Settings ▸ Providers ▸ Export writes a file with your provider configuration in it, and Import reads one back. It is your file: you make it, you keep it, you carry it. Nothing goes through me.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are Apple's to manage, not mine — they live in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions on your device, and refunds go through Apple. I am glad to help with anything about the app itself.

Privacy

Sillon collects nothing, so there is no data of yours for me to look up, hand over, or delete. The privacy policy says exactly what that means.
